Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company specifications and safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise on pallets or conveyor belts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
