Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or manual lists.
- Package items securely and accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping according to carrier guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
