- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners.
- Verify product accuracy against purchase orders to ensure 100% order fidelity.
- Prepare, label, and bundle packages for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
