Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to company standards.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
