Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and update stock systems to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts; move materials to designated storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
