Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and real-time system updates
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
