Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient receiving, storing, and shipping processes
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners, etc.)
- Conduct regular safety audits and corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
