Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates with flexible shift scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Generate performance reports and KPI analytics for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- Proven track record in inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Strong leadership abilities with adaptable communication style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
