Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to prevent shortages.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Valid Driver's License required.
