Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided WMS technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance with provided safety equipment and protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using provided material handling equipment
- Analyze operational metrics to implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for provided assets
- Lead safety meetings and accident prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (provided equipment training available)
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
