Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity targets and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse equipment operations including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and experience with automated systems
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
