As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. We are looking for reliable team members who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
